Thomas Allan Palmer

A native of Saskatchewan, Palmer completed the Architectural Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and subsequently graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts and followed that with a Masters of Architecture, also from UBC.
